Short answers about how Lucessa is built and how to use it. Anything we missed — say hello.
How often should I use Lucessa?
Three to five evenings a week is the sweet spot. Daily use is fine — listen to your skin.
What light modes does it include?
Nine: red (630 nm), near-infrared (850 nm), red+NIR, blue (465 nm), green (530 nm), yellow (590 nm), cyan (490 nm), purple (415 nm), and full-spectrum white. Use them solo or stacked.
How long is each session?
Ten minutes. A built-in timer auto-stops with a gentle pulse.
When will I see results?
Research on red and near-infrared light therapy describes changes over weeks of consistent use, not days. Most people notice the small things first — skin that looks more rested, the calm of a ten-minute pause.
Is it wireless?
Yes. The mask runs on a 2000 mAh battery and ships with a wireless remote.
How long does it take to charge?
About 3.5 hours via Type-C. One charge gives 100 minutes of use — roughly ten sessions.
Is Lucessa eye-safe?
The mask has eye-protective recesses and uses non-laser LEDs (415–850 nm). Keep eyes closed during sessions, as with any light therapy device.
What does red + near-infrared light mean?
Red (630 nm) works on the upper layers of skin. Near-infrared (850 nm) is invisible and reaches deeper. Together, they're a well-studied pairing.
What's in the box?
The mask, a wireless remote, a Type-C charging cable, a replaceable silicone forehead pad, and a cotton storage pouch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — see the Shipping policy for current regions and timeframes. Duties are prepaid where supported (DDP).
What's your return policy?
Thirty nights. If Lucessa doesn't earn its place, we'll send a return label — no survey, no photos, no questions.
